Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force
San Diego Police Foundation

SafetyNet: Smart Cyber Choices® is a collaborative program of the San Diego Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the San Diego Police Foundation.  SafetyNet was created to help kids, parents, educators and concerned adults learn how to keep kids safe online.

The San Diego Police Foundation is an independent 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization providing support for public safety through grant funding for specialized equipment, training, and cooperative community programs.

The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was formed to help local, state and federal law enforcement agencies enhance their investigative response to offenders who use the Internet and other online communication systems to sexually exploit children.  The San Diego ICAC addresses the problem of online predators by identifying, arresting and prosecuting offenders as well as educating the public about potential risks and safety measures.
